These Payment Plan Terms (“Terms”) govern the installment payment options offered by BetterBody360 (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
Payment plans may be available for selected services, programs, memberships, or packages offered by BetterBody360. Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion and may be subject to approval.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to:
Pay the total amount due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Authorize BetterBody360 to charge your selected payment method on each scheduled payment date.
Ensure that your payment information remains current and valid throughout the payment plan period.
The payment schedule will be presented to you before your enrollment is confirmed.
If your payment plan includes automatic billing, you authorize BetterBody360 to automatically process recurring payments using your chosen payment method until the balance has been paid in full.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on each scheduled payment date.
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed:
We may attempt to process the payment again.
Your access to services, memberships, or programs may be suspended until payment is received.
Additional late fees or administrative charges may apply where permitted by applicable law.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your payment plan and immediate payment of the remaining balance.
If your payment method expires, is declined, or otherwise becomes invalid, you agree to promptly provide updated payment information.
Failure to do so may result in interruption or suspension of services.
You may pay the remaining balance of your payment plan early without penalty unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Please contact us if you wish to make an early payment.
Enrollment in a payment plan does not automatically provide cancellation rights.
If you choose to cancel a service, membership, or program:
Any cancellation will be governed by our applicable cancellation and refund policies.
You may remain responsible for payments already due or any non-refundable fees as outlined in your purchase agreement.
Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Any approved refunds will be applied after deducting amounts already earned for services rendered, administrative fees, or other applicable charges.
A payment plan may be considered in default if:
Multiple scheduled payments are missed.
Payment information is intentionally falsified.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
You otherwise violate these Terms.
In the event of default, BetterBody360 may:
Suspend or terminate your access to services.
Require immediate payment of the remaining outstanding balance.
Pursue collection of unpaid amounts through lawful means where permitted.
BetterBody360 reserves the right to modify available payment plan options for future purchases. Changes will not affect an existing payment plan unless required by law or agreed to by both parties.
BetterBody360 shall not be responsible for any overdraft fees, bank charges, interest, or other costs incurred due to failed or declined payments from your financial institution.
These Payment Plan Terms shall be governed by the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
